My Personal or Small Group Training Program is a unique and fully customized program in which both the client(s) and I will set goals to tune up the whole body, build and maintain healthy muscles, bones, increase strength and burn calories. It’s a popular and fun way to experience the benefits and motivation of a Personal Trainer.
You laugh, you sweat, you work hard and in no time you’ll be finished and feeling ready for the day. It’s definitely more fun when you work out together and you will be able to share the costs of a Personal Trainer. I will make sure that everyone in the group will work on the right level and develops a routine to succeed.
Nutrition of course, plays a vital role in this training as well as in other training programs I offer.
