I developed a 30 minute dynamic ABSolutely Adilia FUN2bFIT®stretching routine for those who urgently need muscle maintenance but are short of time. This stretching program will improve your range of motion and flexibility. We begin the 30 minute routine by tightening one muscle group followed by a release in tension. This process will be repeated for all muscle groups. Regular stretching is important when you practice sport activities because it will make your muscles feel more relaxed, allows your body to perform better, improves body posture, calms your mind, make you sleep better and will help to avoid injuries and pain in the long run.
