The ABSolutely Adilia Method

Fitness and body movement expert Adilia has created the ABSolutely Adilia Method, which can give anyone - regardless of their shape, age or fitness level - strong, lean muscles and body balance.

 

With over 30 years of experience and her background as a professional dancer, Adilia has perfected her method as a certified fitness instructor.

 

Her passion for health and fitness started long before health consciousness and fitness became a trend. Adilia recognized early on the demand to develop a fitness program to cater to all fitness levels and body types, which she has refined over the years. Now her method has become a staple known as the ABSolutely Adilia Method.

 

It is her goal to help you achieve a strong, beautiful, flexible and happy body and to boost your confidence. Her famous high energy and result driven method combines fun, diverse and challenging exercises pushing your body and mind further each time. Getting your happy energy flowing!

 

Adilia has a customized workout for you whether you choose small group fitness or personal training. In addition to the ABSolutely Adilia Method, Adilia can also advise and coach you on healthy food choices to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle.

 

The ABSolutely Adilia Method workouts are offered as a personal training and bootcamp. The outdoor training bootcamps are given in the park, where not only your body gets invigorated and energized, but also your mind. Adilia also gives personal training based on your individual preferences which include outdoor settings, at home, at the office or online.

"I am training and preparing for my 9 day trekking The Arctic Circle Trail in Greenland this summer. I need a strong body for that, because on the way there is no help to carry my heavy backpack. My gym recently reopened, but I got 10x more from Adilia's workouts to get fit on time.
