Kickstart your day and boost your energy! Wake your body up outdoors in the early morning at Westerpark. While the city awakens, you will be working out in the beautiful park, surrounded by the trees, birds chirping and you might even see a bunny coming out. This class uses no weights, just your own body weight. This class is a combination of running and exercises. You will feel rejuvenated and ready to take on your day! Important to note is to bring no equipment or other personal belongings as we will be working out and running throughout the park.
